Order placed on 1/3/13. I was told up front that there would be a 2 week back order. Today is 1/30/13. I have emailed, and called several times to get a status update on my order. They have not responded to my email. Both phone numbers listed on their website ring busy when I attempt to call. I love Lee products and F&M has the best prices with the most reasonable shipping around. Next time, I will use Midway. So far, my experience with F&M has not been a positive one. I understand delays and back orders. Especially these days with the firearms community in a panic. I would appreciate a response to my email. An update of any kind. I found this company through the Lee website. Not impressed.

It is hard right now to know when items are coming in because you do not
give us shipping dates , so we only can give rough estimates right now. We
only get comments like this when things get backed up and get a little
crazy, people tend to get a little upset when items are not available
anywhere.

Ive placed several orders with F&M reloading and am completely satisfied with their business. I have recommended to all my reloading friends to purchase their reloading supplies from them. Great prices and ease of communication makes it easy to do business. Everyone in these times are low or out stock, so I've had to wait for supplies from multiple suppliers. F&M responded same day to every question I had through email and answered when I tried calling. As soon as they knew when stock was coming in I received an email notifying me my order was going to ship. I will continue to buy from them and recommend to all to do the same!
