If your tool is in warranty, you can return the faulty part to the factory where it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. CE Certificate

We do not have a CE certificate for any or our products. Our international distributors who import our goods, typically get the products tested by local authorities upon delivery.

Email Correspondence

We get many emails daily and unfortunately, there are some that go unanswered. There are two main reasons for this. First, we reply but get a message the next day that the mail was undeliverable. Second, is that our virus protection software identifies any suspicious incoming mail and immediately deletes it. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response during operating hours.

Guarantee and Repair policy

Lee reloading products are unconditionally guaranteed not to wear out or break from normal use for two full years or they will be repaired or replaced at no charge if returned to the factory.

Our lifetime conditional guarantee states that any Lee product of current manufacture, regardless of age or condition, will be reconditioned to new including a new guarantee, if returned to the factory with payment equal to half the current retail price.

Another option is to send the product of any age back to the factory for repair. Labor is free and you are charged only for any parts that are necessary to get your product functioning properly.

Return Policy

Our return policy is as follows; If within 30 days, the product you are unhappy with was purchased directly from the factory, you can return it for a full refund.

Stickers or Promotional Materials

Unfortunately we do not have any type of promotional materials such as stickers, banners or posters available. However we will allow you to take our logo to your local print shop and have something printed up.

Submit Product Idea

Thank you for considering Lee Precision for your new invention. Our company policy is to request that you first apply for a patent before submitting an idea or invention. This is for your protection as well as ours. You don't actually have to have a patent issued, as that process takes some time and investment, but a patent application gives your idea most of the same protection that an actual patent does without the expense or waiting.

Warranty Replacement Policy

As per our Warranty Replacement Policy, if you send us a picture of the broken parts via email, we will replace them for you at no charge. If you are not able to send a picture, we then ask that you send the broken parts into us via standard mail and we will replace them for you at no charge at that time.
